July 6th, 2015 – TechTrend, Inc. has been awarded ISO/IEC 2000-1:2011 certification by the International Standards Certification (ISC) Global organization, signifying compliance with the requirements for an information technology service management (ITSM) system. The standard was developed to mirror the best practices described within IT infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
